1. About these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Astria Nova Ltd (the "Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the StarSong service. By placing an order or using the website you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a StarSong. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

3. The service

StarSong is a personalised creative product. Based on the birth date, birth time and birth place you provide, our astrologers prepare an interpretation of your chart and our lyricists and composers create an original song delivered digitally by email.

Standard delivery is three business days from the moment complete order details are received. Express delivery, where offered, is 24 hours. Delivery timelines start once all required birth details have been supplied.

4. Entertainment purpose

StarSong content is provided for entertainment, self-reflection and gifting purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make.

5. Your information

You agree to provide accurate birth details. Because each song is produced from those details, inaccurate information may affect the result and does not by itself entitle you to a free re-creation, although we will always try to help.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed before checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. Where a subscription or recurring plan is offered, the renewal terms are shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

7. Licence and intellectual property

You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your delivered StarSong for personal, non-commercial purposes, including private listening and sharing with friends and family. Commercial exploitation, resale, broadcast or use in advertising requires our prior written consent. All underlying compositions, recordings, brand elements and website content remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

8. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, resell access, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts or refuse orders that breach these rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, in which case undelivered paid orders will be refunded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
